Good news, everybody! I fixed the crash. I don't exactly know how I fixed it, though.

Okay, so that's number 2 off the list.

#13: Remove Number of Players from settings, because you now choose multiplayer from the main menu.

Should be easy enough for anyone, but I'm going to do 10 and 11 now.

Well I finished #11. If a song is completed, unlock_completed is set to (the number of characters in the song title) * (the number of characters in the artist name) + 1, which adds some "security" (not really, but it should stop the stupid people). Except that socket bug seems to have come up again, and it's pretty much random now (it happens with the neck chooser disabled and without choosing Exit from the song pause menu, but not always) so it will have to be fixed by someone who knows how. Here's my library.zip.

Okay, btw, ever since I put your changes in. My up and down key won't work in FOF. I can browse through the options .

yes. I deleted my old library and just put yours in.

Ok it does not work with any library. Can someone upload there fretsonfire.ini So i can use it to go up and down? I can't change my keys.

Have you tested Career Mode with that example "tier pack"? Does everything work as expected? Are you getting that socket problem at all? For me it only happens occasionally.

I never get an error. But i do have a suggestion for multiplayer. How bout we get rid of the No Player 2 Option. Cuz if they select multiplayer, of corse there is gonna be a player 2.


P.S. I beet the 2 songs in Career Mode. (The 1st tier) and it won't unlock the encore....

Post the song.ini of the T1S1 song and the T2S2 song.

Getting rid of "No Player 2" is a good idea.

EDIT: If you had failing turned off then you can't unlock songs.

Okay I took out No Player 2, which was very easy, but I want to fix the problem that jrd is having with the career mode.

The version you have doesn't have the no No Player 2 thing.

If you were using my fretsonfire.ini, chances are failing is on.

Failing was on. It still does not work though...

Post the song.ini contents, like I said earlier
